Challenges
Replacing the existing product, youRing, required maintaining functionality while enhancing usability and durability. Developing the aluminum casing with an LED diffuser and integrating a PCB demanded precision engineering to ensure robustness under welding conditions. Achieving ergonomic design and seamless robot-arm integration was paramount.

From concept to completion, we worked closely with WeCobot to understand their requirements, translating them into a device that enhanced the functionality of robotic welding arms. Our team focused on optimizing user interaction, designing an intuitive interface with strategically placed buttons, an LED ring, and a buzzer for effective feedback. By leveraging our expertise in product design and precision engineering, we delivered a solution that not only replaced the existing device but also elevated performance, usability, and durability for WeCobot’s operations.
